DURING 2020 NH ATHLETIC FOUNDATION CEASED ITS OPERATIONS, AND DURING 2021 DISSOLVED THE ORGANIZATION AND DISTRIBUTED ITS ASSETS (AFTER PAYMENT OF ALL DEBTS AND EXPENSES) PURSUANT TO ITS BYLAWS AND AS APPROVED BY ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
